I've been receiving emails from people of MSN groups, telling me that MSN is not allowing them to link to sites that have any kind of breast or butt showing, so you may want to double check on this with MSN. If it does turn out to be a problem, I will require 'vampsart.com' put somewhere visible on the graphic when made into a signature. If MSN does not go for this, then I'm sorry, but my permission will not be granted.

First and foremost, what the heck is a tube?? - Well, a 'tube' is a graphic that has been saved in a specific format. Namely, a format that is specific to Paint Shop Pro. When you save the file to your tubes folder, you can then stamp the graphic anywhere your heart wants it to go!

1. Can I use your tubes and graphics to make signatures both for free and for sale?

Yes! But the graphics do have to be overlaid with other graphics, they can not be sold in their original format. Re-coloring, changing hairstyles, painting makeup, etc, does not mean that the graphics have been sufficiently altered. Cutting the graphic up, using masks, overlapping graphics, etc, is what I accept as 'altered'. For those using the free tubes, a credit must be given on the graphic ie. ©vampsart.com . If you're not sure of something, please feel free to contact me about it.

2. Do I have to put a link to you on my site or your name on the signatures and logos that I make?

Yes and no. Only members area graphics do not require a link back. If you have a website, a link back to my site is necessary because there are some people out there who are still taking credit for the work I've done. If you do not have a website, then a credit of ©vampsart.com is to be put on the graphic. Here are the banners available:

3. Can I sell the tubes or graphics as is?

No! If you make signatures or logo's, the graphic has to be incorporated or altered in some way. You can not sell them or give them away as is.

4. Can I trade your tubes to friends via email?

No! If people ask you where you got them or where they can get some graphics, then send them my site url. This is how I'm making my living, so if you trade, you're essentially stealing from me.

5. I really love your stuff and would feel better if I could put your name on the graphics, is this okay with you? What would you like me to put on them?

If it would make you feel better to put this: ©vampsart.com, or my name (Vampi) or my url (vampsart.com) on the signature or logo, then by all means do so :) It isn't necessary, but I think it's very kind of you to ask :)

6. Can I use your tubes or graphics to make and sell web sets? What about EBay templates?

Yes! By all means! Make as many web sets as you can with them and make tons of money! Just remember, if they are made from free tubes, I require that credit be given and a link back to my site is required. If you're a member, you do not have to give credit or link back.

7. Can I send people to your site by hot-linking your pictures on my site?

No! This steals my bandwidth and causes me to have to pay for it. If you want to show people what I have on my site, then you can a) give them my url (which I highly recommend) or b) make a signature and THEN send them to my site :)

8. How do you feel about copyrights?

I take a firm stand on stealing. If I find that anyone is taking credit for any of the graphics I've made available, or selling them, or giving them away, or trading them, then I will stop giving away free graphics. I like sharing what I make and I find it really difficult to understand why anyone would ruin it for myself or others by stealing something that I've taken the time to create.

9. Can I send you my url so you can see what I make?

Yes! By all means, please do so! In fact, I am going to open a new category on my list of links for those people who would like to display the lovely pictures they make with my graphics. So, send me your url and I will add it to my favorites! (btw please make sure you're sending me a url that does not include anything of an adult nature ;) )

10. I really, really don't know how to use tubes... do you know any place that has tutorials?

There are really too many places online for me to list them all, so what I suggest is doing a google for 'PSP tutorials'. They will list all the lovely places that have all the great tutorials :)

11. Do you take requests?

Yes, but only from paying members. As most of my day is taken up with beadwork and living life, the requests I take will only be from those who are actually going to pay for it. Not that I won't listen and not that I won't put cool stuff up for free, but I just don't have the time for requests in the free section.
